Midnight Garage Co collects only what it takes to get a model to your door. There are no accounts, no advertising trackers, and we don't sell or rent anyone's details.

When you buy

Checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, shipping and billing address, and payment details. We receive your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered. We never see or store your full card number.

We use those details to fulfil and ship the order, to email you about it, and to handle a return or a damaged delivery.

Who else sees them

• Stripe processes the payment.
• Our fulfilment partner receives your name, shipping address and the models you ordered, because it ships them to you.
• Our email provider carries order notifications.
• Vercel hosts the site and keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep it running and secure.

While you browse

• Your cart is saved in your own browser, not on our servers, until you check out.
• We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.
• We don't send marketing email.

How long we keep them

Order details are kept as long as we need them for the order, any return, and our tax and accounting records.

Your choices

Email hello@midnightgarageco.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We'll do that for anyone, wherever they live, except for records we're required to keep.

Children

These are collector models with small parts, and the shop isn't meant for children. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
