Shipping & returns
Shipping
- Free ground shipping to the 48 contiguous US states. No minimum.
- Orders typically arrive in 7–10 days.
- Models ship in original manufacturer packaging, unopened.
- Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created.
- We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses, and we don't ship internationally yet.
Returns
- 30 days from delivery, unopened and in original packaging.
- Arrived damaged or crushed? Send a photo within 7 days and we replace it or refund in full — you keep the damaged one.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
- Return shipping is on us for anything defective, damaged, or wrong.
On packaging condition
Collectors care about the card, not just the car. If a blister arrives creased or bent, that counts as damage here — tell us and we'll make it right.
