Terms of sale

What you're buying
Sealed, factory-new collector models in their original manufacturer packaging. They contain small parts and aren't toys for young children. Photos show the model itself; packaging artwork can vary slightly between production batches.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars. Shipping within the contiguous US is free.
- Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout, before you pay.
- Payment is taken by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
If we can't fill an order
Runs are small and stock moves. If a model sells out before your order ships, we'll email you and refund it in full. The same goes if a price on the site is plainly wrong: we'll tell you and refund rather than ship at a price neither of us expected.
Shipping and returns
We ship to the 48 contiguous states, not to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times, returns and what counts as damage are on the shipping & returns page, and they're part of these terms.
